Meeting Enhancement Cards are a fun, interactive tool that help build positive meeting culture. They empower all team members to have a voice, balance the conversation and keep the meeting moving. The cards also work well as visual cues during videoconferences.
How to use your cards:
When every team member has a set of cards: Encourage everyone to use the cards as signals, collaboratively guiding the meeting. Each person can “play” a card at any time to move the meeting along, show encouragement and agreement, or request a needed pause.
When using them for a video conference: Similar to an in-person meeting, team members can use their cards at any time by holding them up to their webcam. This is a great way to signal to everyone in the group, and also avoid that awkward moment of trying to talk over each other.
When using one deck of cards: Give one to individual team members, and assign a corresponding role. For longer meetings, rotate the cards to change up roles.
