At Link2Lift we are avid, committed learners of how we can create and foster thriving culture, collaboration and economic growth. During this unprecedented time of change and uncertainty, we are determined to listen and share what we have learned so we can navigate these unique challenges together.

We’re sharing resources and insights into the topic of change from our Better Teams workshops. Over the past 8 years, our research and workshops have shown that there is no perfect work environment, because organizational structures, technology, people, and teams constantly change. A work environment is ideal for a point in time but the paradigms of work change at a breathtaking pace. Cultivating thriving culture at work requires ongoing, intentional effort.

Founded by Sheri and Sergio Lozano, Link2Lift works with business leaders, nonprofits, and commercial property owners to build collaborative team culture, leverage underutilized space and resources, and increase organizational impact to benefit the common good.
